2022 HealthHCV State of HCV Care National Survey
AAA
The Fifth Annual "HealthHCV State of HCV Care National Survey" continues to inform the state of hepatitis C (HCV) in specialty and primary care. This provider survey covers a variety of "landscape" topics, including HCV screening practices, treatment access and reimbursement, barriers to care, provider training needs, and integration and coordination of HCV services with behavioral health and substance use treatment.
This survey helps HealthHCV evaluate provider needs and shape a robust suite of education offerings on HCV prevention, care, and treatment. This survey is being conducted among current providers of HCV prevention, care, and treatment and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
Your feedback is extremely valuable and will be critical to plan education and training, services, and programs that ensure quality HCV prevention, care and treatment and contribute to ending the HCV epidemic. All individual responses are kept confidential and data will be reported in aggregate.
In completing the survey, you will receive the survey results prior to distribution, as well as access to a webinar on key findings from the survey. In order to receive these offerings, please add your name and email at the end of the survey. Your contact information will not be connected to your survey responses.
If you have any questions about the Fifth Annual HealthHCV State of HCV Care National Survey, please contact HealthHCV's Director Marissa Tonelli at marissa@healthhcv.org.
